2024 marked a journey full of challenges and innovation for us – a tech start-up on the path to establishing our position in the industry. Despite difficulties ranging from market competition to pressure on our people, our team kept a positive working spirit, collaborating and working side by side to build products that deliver real value to users.
Facing major challenges from the market and competitors, we never stopped innovating and raising the quality of both our products and our work, making sure every product stayed on the best possible track.
Even so, we are proud to look back on the determination and companionship of every member of the company. Each person contributed with tireless effort – from the product development team and their long nights of dedication, to the sales and marketing teams who never shied away from revenue pressure.
At the end of the year, during our Year-End Party (YEP), we were truly surprised and delighted by the enthusiastic participation of every member. Beyond the fun moments, it was also a time to look back on everything we overcame during the year and to face new challenges together.
“2025 will be our breakthrough year. Minu will focus on investing more heavily in technology, stepping up research and developing the most valuable products for our customers. At the same time, Minu is building an even more positive workplace, where everyone is empowered to show their vision and abilities.” – shared by Chien Dang, CEO of Minu.
Stepping into 2025, with the unity and relentless effort of all of us, Minu will not only push past our current limits but also achieve breakthrough results. Let’s keep the passion and the close bond we have shown throughout the past year, Minu-ers!
