1. Who we are
AI Baby Premium is a mobile application published by WIIN, Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the app and its related services (“Services”).
2. What information we collect
Account details. Name (optional), email, country/region, encrypted password or Apple Sign-In identifier.
Device & usage information. Device model, OS version, IP address, language, crash logs, in-app events, IDFV and—only with consent—IDFA.
Payment data. Product ID, transaction ID, purchase and renewal dates contained in the App Store receipt.
Photos and videos containing faces. Images or clips that you upload in order to generate personalised AI content for your child.
We do not collect live camera feeds, device biometrics, or depth maps.
3. How we use your information

Provide core features (generate AI images/videos, recharge “Stars,” show albums).

Validate subscriptions and manage renewals.

Fix crashes, prevent fraud, improve templates.

Respond to support requests or send product updates.
We do not sell your information or display third-party advertising.
4. Facial images – collection, use, sharing, retention
When you upload an image that contains a face, we perform these steps:
Upload & storage. The file is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and stored on dedicated AWS servers in Singapore.
Processing. An AI model produces a numeric embedding and generates the requested photo or video. No facial recognition, emotion analysis, or other profiling is performed.
Sharing. Face images and embeddings are never shared or sold to third parties. Processing occurs entirely on infrastructure we control.
Retention.

Originals are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.

Embeddings and generated outputs remain until you delete the album or your account, or after three years of inactivity—whichever comes first. Deletion is final within 24 hours.
5. How long we keep other data
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active, then two years for tax and audit purposes.
Analytics logs are kept for up to 18 months and then anonymised or removed.
6. Your choices and rights
You may: (a) access or export your data; (b) correct inaccurate details; (c) delete your account and content in Settings; (d) withdraw consent to image processing; (e) object to analytics or email updates.

7. How we protect your data
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff, annual penetration tests, and SOC-2–aligned procedures.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is designed for parents. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. All uploads must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn we received data from a child without consent, we will delete it promptly.
9. International transfers
Data is processed in the United States and Singapore. For users in the EEA or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus AWS’s supplementary safeguards.
10. California notice (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by California law. California residents may request access or deletion via the in-app tool or by email.
11. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised policy.
